• One year parts and labor on all new installs.
• 90 days on all repairs.
• Chamberlain - lifetime warranty on all motors and belts on all models.
• Warranty work only valid during normal business hours.

• No Refund after 5 Business Days
• No Refund on Special Orders or Electrical Parts
• No Refund without receipt or disclaimer.
• 15% handling charge on all returnable parts
• All Warranty’s are valid ONLY to original purchasing customer

Payments

• All payments are due upon completion of service and installation
• We accept credit cards, checks or cash as payment.

Return Check Fee

• $25.00 charge on all returned insufficient checks.
• Cash or Credit card is required for payment once check is insufficient.
• All checks must be paid in full within 5 working days of insufficient notice.
• If unable to collect for services rendered, all court fees will be the responsibility of the customer

NOTE: ADJUSTMENTS ON PHOTO EYE SYSTEMS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
